Scout Night Details! Please see the attached packet for more information regarding the evening (most important information is listed below). Your game tickets, patches, food vouchers, and sleepover wristbands will be available at will-call before the game on Sat. (will-call and gates will open at 4 pm). For the members of your group that did not purchase the sleepover tickets, their patches will be mailed out to them about 2 weeks after the game (we didn’t order enough patches and had to order more because of the large response from scouts). The will-call booth is located inside Cameron Indoor Stadium in the box office. Please fill out the attached liability form (Mr. Fahim if he is the one staying the night with the kids), we need 1 form for each Pack/Troop/Crew attending. You can either fill it out and scan and email it back to me, fax it to 919-688-1765, or turn it in when you pick up your tickets at will-call. Quick Facts · Kick-off: 6 p.m. on 9/22/12 for the Duke vs. Memphis game · For on-field access and to form the Duke introduction tunnel, please come to Sections 16 and 17 at 5 p.m. · Please park in the general public lots for the game. After the game you will be able to move your cars to theWhitford Drive Lot for closer access to the practice field to unload gear. · Lights out will be between 11-11:30 p.m. · Pick up time on Sunday morning is 9 a.m.
